There will be alterations to train times on First Capital Connect services between Kings Lynn, Ely, Cambridge and London Kings Cross from Sunday 8th December 2013, also changes to Greater Anglia services between Ipswich and Peterborough from Saturday 28th December 2013, as follows:

First Capital Connect

From 8th December, the 0647 and 0748 departures from Ely to London Kings Cross will start from Kings Lynn at 0610 (calling at Downham Market ONLY) and 0714 respectively.

The 2314 London Kings Cross-Ely will be extended to Kings Lynn Mondays to Wednesdays (currently only Thursdays and Fridays). Also, there will be half-hourly services from Kings Cross and Ely on Mondays-Fridays at xx44 and xx14 from 1644 until close of service (the 1644, 1744, 1814, 1844, 1944, 2014, 2044, 2114 and 2214 from Kings Cross continue to Kings Lynn as well as the 2314 already mentioned).

Greater Anglia

From 28th December, when platforms 6 and 7 open at Peterborough (new island platform) services between Ipswich and Peterborough will call additionally at Manea (on request only - see footnote). Times westbound unchanged as per the current 19th May to 7th December 2013 timetable (apart from the 0958 and 1958 departures from Ipswich which will operate a minute or two later) but eastbound trains will run 5 minutes later throughout.

and click on 'New: Cambridge to Ely, Peterborough and Norwich from 08/12/2013' to open the .pdf file.

(note: as Manea is a request stop, passengers wishing to alight must inform the Conductor upon departure from Ely. Passengers wishing to board services at Manea must signal the driver of the approaching train - as you would when you hail a bus!)
