Ely Meditation & Inner Peace Group

I love meditation and use many additional techniques to help maintain levels of inner peace which benefit my life and also the lives of those around me.
Sharing practice with others is always a joy, so I'm looking forward to increasing the peace by creating a group.

This group is for you if:
* You have never tried meditation but have often thought about trying.
* You tried or practice on your own and feel a group would give you support.
* You feel you could benefit by being calmer, developing greater inner peace
and recovering your joy of living.
* You are willing to spend one evening a month in Ely with like minded others.

The meetings, at my home, run from 7pm - 9pm with hot drinks & biscuits during the feedback session at the end. Donations welcome.
